German Chinook Winds has a slight, spicy fragrance that emits from her light, silvery flowers. An overachiever with 8-10 double buds per stem, German Chinook Winds reaches heights of 42" and produces delicate but well rounded, ruffled petals. A must-have for the Easter garden!

Chinook Winds is sold as an individual rhizome.

Planting Instructions: 

1. Choose an area that gets at least 6 hours of sunlight and has good drainage.
2. Plant with the rhizome’s top exposed at the surface of the soil and firmly pack the soil around each rhizome.
3. Space Iris rhizomes 12 -24 inches apart.
4. Water after planting and continue watering at least once a week for the remainder of the growing season.
