German Mariposa Skies is sweet-scented iris that, in the right conditions, will rebloom with large flowers of pale blue to blue-violet. Expect this beautiful flower to grow to about 33" tall. The two-toned colors create a striking display in mid-spring.

Mariposa Skies is sold as an individual rhizome.

Planting Instructions: 

1. Choose an area that gets at least 6 hours of sunlight and has good drainage.
2. Plant with the rhizome’s top exposed at the surface of the soil and firmly pack the soil around each rhizome.
3. Space Iris rhizomes 12 -24 inches apart.
4. Water after planting and continue watering at least once a week for the remainder of the growing season.
