Terms and Conditions:

Every rose purchased on www.HeirloomRoses.com qualifies for this conditional one-year warranty. This one-year timeframe begins on the date of shipping. Roses purchased on third-party sites (Costco, Wal-Mart, Amazon, etc.) do not qualify for this warranty. Please contact the original third-party seller with questions regarding their warranty policies, if applicable.

Our one-year conditional warranty applies to roses only. Stakes, tags, bulbs, other perennial plants, or other merchandise do not qualify for the one-year warranty.

The one-year warranty does not apply to roses:

  • damaged by abnormal or extreme weather
  • that have received improper care, planting, or neglect by the gardener
  • that have been given granular (non-liquid) fertilizer, with the exception of Heirloom’s Own OmniMeal
  • planted in incorrect USDA gardening zone
  • planted during frost danger
  • planted in an area that receives less than 6 hours of sunlight per day
  • that have been over or under watered
  • not planted in the ground or another pot within 2 weeks of arrival
  • kept indoors for any period of time

Warranty requests are not honored for roses that incur blackspot, powdery mildew, or pests as this is the responsibility of the gardener. Roses that experience broken or damaged canes during transit will not be replaced as these can be pruned back and new growth will develop from the rose’s robust own-root system.
