From stark white to a deep pink and blooming mid to late summer, this strong growing variety is extremely winter hardy and a great choice in those cold climates where other hydrangeas do not thrive through the low temperatures. Foliage that turns burgundy red in the fall also adds to the appeal of Pinky Winky®.

Beautiful Color Changing Flowers

We planted Pinky Winky 2 years ago, and got a color show the first year! The blossoms start out white and stay that way for weeks. They gradually change to pink, darkening as the weeks go by, eventually turning deep mauve. We are in Oregon's Willamette Valley, zone 8.
