Surprised me!

I bought this rose because I had a tough spot were I had failure before with another and was looking for a rose that could handle a bit of shading & had extra disease resistance. I’m in zone 6a. So I bought this one for those qualities more so than the color but what surprised me was how beautiful this rose is in person. It grew and is blooming profusely within two months. I did replace all the soil underneath so maybe that helped as well .

Newest addition

Arrived in great shape. It’s planted and filling out nicely. Got nibbled on by rabbits so it is now behind a scat mat to discourage wildlife. Doing very well

Fast growth

I bought this rose three weeks ago and the growth has been impressive. It has even produced a bud!

Frida Kahlo Truly Original

Just like her namesake, this rose is truly original! I am in Zone 9 and within one month of planting her in a half wine barrel, she had multiple blooms coming. I have multiple wine barrels spread along a fence and the two Frida's are companion roses to two going on 3 year old Hot Cocoa roses. This makes a very pleasing contrasting combination along the fence line.
