Beautiful

This rose is so beautiful and bushy. The color is an absolutely gorgeous lemon meringue pie springing out of my garden, adding sunshine to my yard every day. Even when the flowers are spent, they’re still yellow. Mine is only about 4 feet tall and I’m hoping to put in a trellis so it grows taller and stronger.

Gorgeous light yelliw

This is a gorgeous rise with lots of beautiful large blooms. The thing is that the color is not the color shown. It is a very light yellow. Almost white. Still wonderful

Slow going, but still growing.

I received my Good Day Sunshine in July 2023. My garden is zone 7A, West Texas. It is planted in the ground in front of a fence, with southern exposure. Gets 6+ hours of sun everyday and fish fertilizer once per month. I do not have drip, but it gets watered at the base of the plant every 2-3 days, depending on the weather. It survived the winter and came back this spring. It has grown some, but not a lot. So far, it has only given me 2 blooms. I am still hopeful that the old adage "First year-sleep, second year-creep, third year-leap" will prove to be true in this case. Other roses (smaller cuttings) that I planted last year have more than doubled in size, so I'm not sure what is going on with my "Sunshine", but she's still hanging in there.
