- About Colorburst™ Orange
Phygelius Colorburst Orange is a vibrant perennial from South Africa. Also known as Cape Fuchsia, it features clusters of tubular, firecracker-like orange flowers that bloom from midsummer into fall. Reaching 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide, it thrives in full sun to partial shade and well-drained soils. Hardy in zones 6-10, this deer-resistant plant is ideal for borders, containers, and wildlife gardens, attracting hummingbirds and butterflies. Its long-lasting blooms add a splash of color to the landscape.
