Died during the winter

I planted them fall of 2020, covered them with leaves and a trashcan for the winter, unfortunately they didn't survive. I REALLY wanted these the most, I guess I should've waited until spring to ensure they survived. I just wish they were in stock now so I could replant. I'm in a Zone 5, though these are Zone 6, my other Zone 6 Roses survived.
