Bought this gal about 2 months ago and she’s already had almost 10 blooms. Normally there’s a pretty big adjustment period as I pot my roses initially then transfer them to the ground a bit later. This lady immediately began to thrive in ground and has been blooming ever since. I love the really light green leaf color paired with her salmon colored blooms. Absolutely beautiful and handling the heat of the south really well here in Louisiana.
Got these a couple years ago to line our driveway and they are doing wonderfully and the blooms are so bright and beautiful! We moved and I got another one because I loved them so much and it’s doing great in its container as well!
I bought safari last year. I'm a newbie Rose owner and this rose is the most patient so far of all my roses. She's in a container in zone 9B/10A and does wonderfully. I had a lot of black spot and rust on all my roses after a wet winter and Safari has come through all of it beautifully. I prefer strongly scented roses but there's something about her gentle fresh perfume i also adore :)
I’ve had my Safari rose (purchased from Heirloom, for at least 7-8 years now and it never fails to produce beautiful blooms almost year round. Even when the summer temp is well above 110 degrees (I live in Palm Desert, CA) it still thrives. I highly recommend the Safari rose from Heirloom if you want a bright splash of color all year.very suitable for container growing and lovely as a long lasting cut rose.
