  • Tom Pouce is named for a Dutch pastry filled with buttercream and covered in pink icing and he looks delicious! He is a mid-spring bloomer that reaches 18-20” tall and produces bicolor blooms with shades of yellow creeping up the pink petals. Choose this tulip for a bright splash of color in spring.
