This rose is named to honor Lord Mountbatten™, the last viceroy of India with whom rose hybridizer Jack Harkness served. His large, fragrant, fully double cupped 4 ½” blooms feature 35+ petals in primrose yellow, at times edged with pink. He has reflexed petals produced in clusters on a continual blooming bush. This beautiful cut flower was chosen by the late Princess Diana for her wedding bouquet. We love Lord Mountbatten™ because he is an easy to grow, vigorous, upright bush with dense, glossy, leathery, deep-green foliage that will stand out in any garden or vase.
