Best in Texas

I planted my Koko about a year ago now and she has been one of the top performers in my Texas Garden. She puts out consistent flushes of blooms, even in the hottest weather. She is one of my only roses that will bloom in the 100 plus degree weather. Her fall and spring blooms are definitely larger and the color is difficult to capture in photographs and extremely beautiful in person. She is a tidy little shrub at about 3x3. Her stems aren't very long but I bet you could encourage them if you cut deeper into the plant as it aged with the right pruning. She also has a pretty good vase life, 4 to 5 days for me. If you are considering a rose for a hot climate, definitely give her a try! You won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous and vigorous!

I will always buy from this company. This rose has been in a pot since the first week of June and has grown quickly. It took maybe a month before I saw the first bloom. Now she’s exploring with blossoms. I did fertilize with the fish fertilizer sold on this site. I bought 4 roses and the two in containers are thriving, while the climbers I planted in ground are still small and haven’t produced yet. I’m going to stick to containers for my roses in the future.

Beautiful

Very beautiful full blooms. I wasn’t expecting as much purple as it turns into, but I’m glad it is. It was labeled in the purple section but they didn’t have pictures of the purple so I didn’t know what to expect

Koko loko

Beyond impressed with this beauty. . Received the bare root rose, planted her in an pot and I am shocked I had a bloom just over a month later. I am now blessed with another flush of 5 buds. I will be adding more of these next spring. The colour is absolutely gorgeous and changes through the stages. The photos do it justice! Even prettier in person though.

My favorite rose so far!

I bought Koko Loko with five other roses from HR. I planted it in a container and since it already had buds on it. It has such a vintage look and the fragrance is wonderful.
