Very Pleased

This rose was exactly what I wanted. She has "New Dawn" in her parentage, but is a nice pink. New Dawn is just too muddy in color for my tastes. Her first bloom was small but enough to show she is going to be a great climber. I suspect heavier feeding is in order, but we are having a grasshopper plague of biblical proportions. They will be gone come fall and she will have stronger roots. I have every expectation she will be a favorite. Heirloom has the best roses ever.

It’s like Christmas every morning!

I ordered 2 in 2020. In less than a year, they have performed beyond my wildest expectations!! The blooms are enormous.... I thought I might be a bit rose “giddy”, so I measured overnight growth 2 nights in a row. 2 INCHES a day!! I am already training canes along fence! I have been shocked and thrilled. Best climber EVER.....so much so that I’ve ordered 2 more!

Bantry Bay is the best!

I love my Bantry Bay climbing rose. It starts blooming early, is covered in flowers all summer long, and the last blooms are still trying to open when the fall frosts come. It is also a hearty plant, and fairly disease resistant.
