Heirloom Roses Photo Contest Terms & Conditions

Contest Period: The contest begins on 7/17/24 and ends on 7/31/24 at midnight PST. Submissions received outside the contest period will not be considered.

How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must visit the official contest link and follow the instructions to upload photos. Each entry must include the participant's name, the category entered, the name of the rose(s) depicted, and the growing zone. Participants must live within the United States or Canada. Multiple entries per participant are allowed.

Categories: Participants can enter their submissions in one or more of the following photo categories: best rose bloom, best rose bush, best bouquet, best climbing rose, best garden landscape, best rose in a container, best once blooming rose, or best rose & pet photo.

Review and Finalists: After the contest period, all submissions will be carefully reviewed by Heirloom Roses. The top 10 finalists for each photography category will be selected based on creativity, beauty, and relevance to the respective category.

Public Voting: The top 10 finalists for each category will be announced on 8/6/24. The public will have the opportunity to cast their votes for their favorite submissions in each category from 8/6/24 - 8/16/24. Voting is limited to one vote per photo per day. The public vote will determine the winners.

Winners and Prizes: Winners will be selected based on public votes. For each category, the first-place winner will receive a $100 eGift card, the second-place winner a $50 eGift card, and the third-place winner a $25 eGift card. Additionally, among all the finalists, one outstanding entry will be crowned as the grand prize winner by Heirloom Roses. This grand prize recipient will be awarded a $500 eGift card. All winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the conclusion of the voting period.

Rights and Use of Submissions: By entering your submission you give the rights to Heirloom Roses to use your photo or video. Individuals may retain copyrights to their work, but it is expressly understood and agreed to that by submitting an entry to the Heirloom Roses 2024 Photography Contest, the entrant gives permission to Heirloom Roses to edit, publish, distribute, and republish photos in any medium or form.
