  • Bred in 1828, Aimée Vibert is a very fragrant, musky rose with bright white blooms and shiny green foliage. She will climb as a rambler or can be grown as a large shrub when pruned. Her smaller-sized, 1 ½” flowers feature 40+ petals and bloom repeatedly throughout the season. Aimée Vibert is hardy and performs her best in zones 5-10. The description should mention fantastic Disease Resistance

I ordered Aimee Vibert in early spring 2016. The roses I ordered are on somewhat of a proving ground. I am in an area in Kentucky where there is a lot of clay, mildew, and damp. I did put this rose in full sun, as I did with all the others. Aimee has done outstandingly in terms of low amounts of black spot. I should mention that I am barely applying any anti-pest sprays (due to just getting over cancer) other than Neem oil; I am generous with the fertilizer though, I found that Spray -N- Grow lives up to everything they claim, so that's the primary fertilizer. This rose has taken to the inhospitable ground and the terrible, tough conditions like a champ. I cannot wait for her to grow up the side of the green house. I want to mention that if my roses get spot, it is through no fault of Heirloom Roses; the plants they sent me were completely healthy. I am trying to determine what roses to grow across my few acres that can withstand tough conditions - I may not always be able to care for them, but I want the kids to enjoy them and to be able to use them for cutting when they take over the place.

Very Fragrant and Very nice Spray

It has taken three years for the bush to mature. It gave beautiful blooms for The Jacksonville Rose Society Show / Festival 60 years celebration 2016 winning Dowager Queen of Show. Will fill the house with its fragrance!

Spicy and prolific

This gem smells divine and blooms multiple times from June through October in Zone 8. A climbing favorite!
