So excited to have found (or having Heirloom let me know they were back in stock) it bloomed just a few weeks after receiving. My father had originally bought my mom a Judy Garland originally in the 70s and died just a few years ago. Since Covid we had been looking for a replacement. I was ecstatic to be notified and purchased immediately. Highly recommend Heirloom Roses to everyone.

Was really hesitant about this rose, I was only buying it for the namesake since I love Judy Garland, but it has become one of my favorite roses! It blooms a beautiful yellow and then transforms to a gorgeous ruby! Really excited to see what this rose does as I only planted it a month ago, but it has had a lot of new growth and is doing very well!

I purchased Judy Garland and it is probably my favorite rose now. It's beautiful and the colors don't fade after it blooms. The bush was healthy when I received it and I'm very happy with all of my purchases.

Great small compact bush with multiple flowers in clusters. The scent is great and the colors are bright. Very disease resistant. We have had massive rain here in Georgia this year, yet it shows no sine of black spot. I am looking forward too great things from this bright little rose
