  • Other Details
  • Lady Of Shalott (pronounced shuh·lot) is prized by rose lovers and considered to be one of the best David Austin Roses for her remarkable flower performance and disease resistance. Her young buds of vibrant, orange-red open to form chalice-shaped flowers filled with loosely arranged petals of salmon pink with a golden-yellow reverse. The flowers are deliciously fragrant with the scent of warm tea and hints of spiced apples and cloves. Lady of Shalott quickly forms a large, bushy shrub with slightly arching stems and mid-green foliage. She is a must-have for the cutting garden and thrives in zones 4-11! If you had to pick just one David Austin Rose, this might be the one!

Blooms galore after a month in California

The blooms are gorgeous color and the fragrance is lovely. It’s got so many buds already. Planted February 1st in honor of a loved one’s birth month. By late-March it had multiple blooms.

Elegantly beautiful!

David Austin Roses bring so much enjoyment to my Summer months in NW NJ! Not being a rose expert, they are so easy to raise.
