The most beautiful and disease resistant rose out there

I'm simply in awe. I planted 3 Prairie Princess roses against a fence last spring and in one growing season they are huge and so floriferous. These roses are very disease resistant. I have never seen a single black spot, no powdery mildew (and many things in my backyard get powdery mildew, these don't), japanese beetles did munch on them but not as much as I expected. Truly an outstanding rose that deserves more recognition. It's a climber and the canes grow very long and they grow fast! As far as reblooming, it does shoot out some more blooms throughout the season but the best show is in June. Also : I have these planted in shade. They get maybe 3 hours or so of sun, a massive apple tree shades them... They don't seem to mind! The scent is very mild, you need to stick your nose in them to smell them but it's very pleasant.

Beautiful hardy rose.

I’ve had Prairie Princess three years in my Zone 5a garden. She’s a tough rose! Very disease resistant and hardy. She has nice shiny leaves and beautiful pink blooms. She’s tall. She’s a repeat bloomer for me not continual. Very happy with her.
