2026 Photo Contest

Heirloom Photo Contest Terms & Conditions 

Contest Period: Photos can be submitted between 7/13/26 and 7/27/26. Submissions received outside this period will not be considered. 

How to Enter: To enter, participants must visit the official contest page and follow the instructions to upload photos. Each entry must include: 

  • The participant's name 

  • The category entered 

  • The name of the rose(s), bulb(s), or perennial(s) depicted 

  • The growing zone 

Participants must live within the United States or Canada. Multiple entries per participant per category are allowed. 

Use of AI: No artificially generated images are permitted, and the use of generative fill in post-production is not allowed. Any use of these tools will result in automatic disqualification. Smart tools and AI-powered enhancement tools may be used within the contest rules, as long as they do not significantly alter the image as a whole. 

Review and Finalists: After the contest period, all submissions will be carefully reviewed by Heirloom. The top 10 finalists for each photography category will be selected based on creativity, beauty, and relevance to the respective categories. 

Public Voting: The top 10 finalists for each category will be announced on 8/3/26. The public will have the opportunity to cast their votes for their favorite submissions in each category here (link to website) from 8/3/26 to 8/14/26. Voting is limited to one vote per photo per day. The public vote will determine the winners. 

Winners and Prizes: Winners will be selected based on public votes. For each category, the first-place winner will receive a $100 eGift card, the second-place winner with a $50 eGift card, and the third-place winner with a $25 eGift card. Additionally, among all the finalists, one outstanding entry will be crowned as the grand prize winner by Heirloom™. This grand prize recipient will be awarded a $500 eGift card. Winners will be notified via email on 8/17/26, and winners will be announced publicly on 8/18/26. 

Rights and Use of Submissions: By entering your submission, you give Heirloom™ the right to use your photo or video. Individuals may retain copyrights to their work, but it is expressly understood and agreed to that by submitting an entry to the Heirloom™ 2026 Photography Contest, the entrant gives permission to Heirloom™ to edit, publish, distribute, and republish photos/videos in any medium or form.
