One of the most well-known Peonies, Sarah Bernhardt was introduced in 1906 and has been the star of floral arrangements for over 100 years. Her beautiful, ruffled pink blooms average 7-8” and stand atop strong stems. This is a very floriferous plant and will need some staking as her blooms become quite heavy when she is at her peak. We love her classic look, romantic color, and sweet fragrance.
Please note that Peonies may take several growing seasons to get established before they reward you with armloads of beautiful blooms.
Sarah Bernhardt is sold as one root with 3-5 eyes.
