Another unique miniature rose bred by Sean McCann. Most unusual blooms of medium plum red with a yellow reverse and small yellow stripes down the center of the petals. Really quite unlike any other miniature rose. The double blooms are produced on a bushy plant with dark green bronzy, glossy foliage that provides a perfect background for the unusual blooms. 'Tattooed Lady' has the handpaint rose 'Picasso' in its parentage.
