  • About The Alnwick Rose®
  • Other Details
  • The Alnwick Rose® features pretty, rich pink, cup-shaped buds opening into a deeply cupped flower of soft pink with pale outer edges. True to the old rose form, her flowers are beautiful at all stages. The Alnwick Rose® grows into a rounded, bushy, continually blooming plant with flowers blossoming intermittently from early summer to frost. She is moderately fragrant with a blend of old rose fragrance and a hint of summer raspberry. She is a great choice for beds, borders, or pots!

Second year stunner

My Alnwick Rose stopped blooming and dropped all her leaves very early in year one. I was prepared to replace it this year, but she’s actually thriving now. Her large, warm pink flowers are always picture perfect and strongly scented. Definitely worth the wait.

✨Absolutely Breathtaking!✨

One of the first roses that caught my attention- and it does not disappoint! To my surprise, one of it's canes produced four buds! Four buds! Insane! The blooms drooped quite a bit due to their weight, but I think that just makes this rose all more whimsical! Other than wishing the blooms lasted a bit longer (just so I could marvel at them for a while more), it is a vigorous bloomer thus far. It hasn't even been a full year since I got it.

Beautiful fragrant rose

I absolutely love this rose. We are on season two in a half wine barrel on the patio and she is healthy and blooming. So far very disease free and easy. Love it so much! The fragrance is beautiful. My photos make them look more hot pink, but they fade to a gorgeous dark peach color.

Healthy Roses

I have bought a few roses from Heirloom Roses and I am always impressed how every rose I have purchased is super healthy and the care they take when packing them! Great instructions on the shipping box, how to videos and when ever I call them on the phone, they are always so helpful.I will be a life long customer!
