My FAVORITE rose for fragrance in my garden! Nicely shaped bush with strong growth and prolific producer of rose buds. They hold a long time in a vase also. I highly recommend this rose. I live in zone 5

I am a newbie for Roses. It was my first time ever ordering plants online. To be frank, I was very skeptical when the rose came looking tiny with a few leaves, and now, after 2 and half months, I have 4 big roses with very healthy foliage. I would like to recommend Heirloom roses to anyone who would like to have these gorgeous roses in their garden.

I had ordered this rose years ago from the former Heirloom Roses folks. The flower was pretty, a lovely red, nice fragrance. But the bush itself was unattractive. Description says lanky -- and that was my experience. I finally pulled this out and am now super happy with the replacement rose in its place.

I ordered this rose in 2015, it was a small plant. It took time to establish but now I am getting so many blooms. The flower is dark red and very velvety shine ,and it smells so good. One more good thing is it is resistant to deceases, I have a rose right next to it which was very infected but this one did not get it. Very pleased.

Oh my gosh I love this rose so much! It has everything , super fragrance, wonderful color, beautiful shape, large blooms and it is hardy & healthy. Velvet Abundance is robust too and her foliage is disease resistance. I grew this rose when the USAF moved us to Europe for several fantastic years. Velvet Abundance showed her true colors to me & I've loved her ever since. She is everything the description tells us & more! Oh I almost forgot about the gorgeous bouquets you can have using Velvet Abundance, they are so beautiful & very fragrant! I really want & NEED this rose so please start growing some now. She would have to be a BEST SELLER. Thank-you Heirloom Roses!
