Avalex

Note: Bulbs ship starting in October based on availability and your zone, unlike other products. Plant around or after your first frost but before the ground freezes.

Avalex is a vigorous Tazetta or bunch-flowering daffodil featuring clusters of up to 15 fragrant white blooms, each with a bright yellow trumpet. Standing 12–26″ tall, it blooms early to mid‑season and offers a fresh, sweet scent—excellent for cut flowers. A dependable perennial, hardy in Zones 3–8, and naturally deer resistant.

Avalex is sold in packs of 10 for fall planting.

Planting Instructions:

  1. Choose an area with partial to full sun that has good drainage.

  2. Dig a hole 6-8" deep and mix granular fertilizer with soil at the bottom of the hole. Daffodil bulbs should be planted 6” below the soil line.

  3. Place bulbs 2-3" apart with points facing upward, and then gently pack the soil over the bulb.

  4. Water once and then not again till spring.
