Outstanding blooms this year. Healthy, no disease or pest problems on the bush. Lovely fragrance. Lovely color.
Buds open slowly, tantalizingly, pale pink and white ruffles. The first night or two you may notice it shyly pulls closed a bit before the next morning's opening. The scent is fabulous, comparable to the rose itself. I find it preferable to cut blooms and bring inside In case of rain as the petals are very delicate. A continual joy!
So the color is a little more on the pinkish side paying to shite towards the exterior petals, the fragrance is strong and wonderful, the only thing tho is the blooms so seem to be a little too small for my tastes, not so much in size but the lack in the petal count - so the blooms open fast, but she also blooms so much that it kinda makes up for that. So far been very healthy and vigorous - overall happy with this rose bush
This is a very easy rose to grow. I just got it in late July 2015, and by December it had grown five 3ft long canes. It loves to bloom, even as a small baby it had seven blooms in the first month, and the scent is wonderful. The canes are spreading rather than upright for now, not sure if that's how it normally is. It only bloomed in clusters at the tips of the new canes...will see if it blooms better on laterals this spring 2016.
