Hardy and so pretty

This climbs fast, doesn't need a lot of attention, and is actually even prettier than shown in the pics.

Excellent Rose

I have been very pleased with this rose. I purchased it over 8 years ago from Heirloom Roses as a bare root rose. It took a while to get going but it is now well established. The foliage is glossy dark green and it is very vigorous - it sends out long canes every year. The blooms last well and it reliably reblooms in the fall. I have it in part sun. I only wish I had given it more room - I have it on a pillar and it really wants a tree, tall wall, or a long fence.

Trouble free and hardy

Have done literally nothing to this rose except train it up a wall and it is spreading fast, beautiful and easy to care for. Zone 7A

Absolutely Beautiful

We live in zone 77514 on East Galveston Bay and our Dortmund is over 50 years old and it blooms almost continuously Spring to Winter and the occasional freeze in our area only makes it bloom more. The blooms are not as big as stated on computer but they are ruffled and only 1 1/2" size. We have 2 plants running on about 15' long braces, beautiful.

Great Service Healthy Rose

I had a good experience talking to the rep at Heirloom Roses about a Fall planting, the timing on getting this rose established prior to risk of frost (in zone 8b), and recommended soil supplements. The plant arrived as scheduled, was very healthy-looking, and seems to have gotten well-established over the Fall and Winter. It even gave a couple of sample blooms in October, which were more lovely than I'd expected from the images I've seen on line. I can't wait to see it thrive this coming Spring and Summer!
