Duchesse de Nemours is an heirloom Peony introduced in 1856. Her delicate and airy white petals create 5-6” full blooms of whimsical beauty. She makes an excellent choice for bouquets as her creamy white blooms tinged with hints of green complement any arrangement and give off a gentle fragrance. This plant will reach 36” tall and blooms in late spring to early summer for gardens in zones 3-8.
Please note that Peonies may take several growing seasons to get established before they reward you with armloads of beautiful blooms.
Duchesse de Nemours is sold as one root with 3-5 eyes.
