(United States) I placed the order for the white carnation and upon arrival somehow it didn’t survive the journey… I reported the conditions of the plant and Heirloom immediately offered to replace me with another shipment. Again, the plant didn’t make it through the journey as well. I think it was probably due to the three digits temperature during the scorching heatwave.
So I gave up on the idea of planting the carnations this year and just reported it to the Heirloom support services, Sonya, who immediately issued the refund under 15 minutes without having to beg!!
I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent and hassle-free process!
