I've had this rose now for over a year. She did well until we had a heat wave, then lower leaves started turning yellow. I'm thinking she doesn't like the spot she's in because there are many tree roots there. So I am moving her next month ( October ) to a spot that has better soil and few or now tree roots. Her fragrance is just wonderful....like an expensive rose soap and her bloom last very well in a vase. I recommend this rose if you have a place that has a little room and I'm very happy with it.
