Folksinger is a stunning addition to any garden effortlessly adding beauty with her sweetly fragrant peach and yellow cupped blooms. With over 30 petals, each bloom measures 4-5” and exudes a lovely perfume that is sure to delight the senses. The plant's leathery, shiny, bronze-green foliage is the perfect complement to her stunning flowers. This continually blooming plant may have been influenced by the David Austin rose, as the blooms have a distinctly English look to them.

Hands down, my favorite rose

Of the 13 rose varieties I bought and planted from Heirloom last year, Folklore is absolutely my favorite. The flower shape is elegant, the smell is peachy, and the color has a beautiful ombré apricot with tones of pale yellow and deep blush on the petal edges. The website pictures don’t do this one justice. Folksinger is a queen.

Absolutely Stunning

I planted this rose bush in late July after it unfortunately sat in its container for 2.5 months because of construction delays. I didn’t expect much, but wow was I surprised! It’s already a very sturdy plant and has given me so many flowers. The roses are. A beautiful light peach color and stunning.

Subtle Difference

My garden leans heavily toward shades of pink and this rose adds something special to the mix. The peachy blossoms are delicate and full and have a very pleasant fragrance. The foliage has been healthy for me here in Georgia.

Reminds me of Scotland

I'm not sure why, but there is something about this rose that reminds me of Scotland. I waited for several months for them to be ready, and just received two approximately a week ago. They were very healthy upon arrival, like the others ordered from Heirloom Roses. Looking forward to the blooms in the Spring.
