You will fall in love with the sweetness of Gentle Persuasion™. This Hybrid Tea from Griffith Buck glows with a rich apricot, shading light toward the petal edges. Sweetly fragrant, she grows fully 4" double high-centered, continual blooms with 25-30 petals on an upright, yet somewhat spreading bush, whose leaves start out a bronze-red and finish an olive-green. Her unique quality is the serrated red edges on the mature leaves. She is winter hardy in the midwest without protection.

Really enjoying this rose. Planted it in spring, it is just now starting to bloom and is full of buds in September. I'm always happy to wait for first year roses, hoping they're focusing on root growth to survive our rough winters. Look forward to many years of blooms ahead.
I just received this rose last month, and already have 2 blooms. I am very pleased with the soft apricot, ruffly blooms. Looking forward to seeing how well this rose re-blooms in my hot Zone 5 garden.
Live in zone 5 and this rose has produced many beautiful flowers and the scent is quite nice too. Looks nice in a bouquet of roses.
Thanks Heirloom roses for your beautiful variety of roses. Am very pleased with your roses and how well they produce.
