- About Lorelei
Lorelei is a vibrant, herbaceous Peony introduced in 1996. It features bomb-style blooms that open in deep pink-orange and gradually shift to a softer apricot-orange, giving each flower a glowing, two-tone effect. Blooms measure 8–10" across with a sweet, spicy fragrance and appear in mid-season on sturdy 26" stems. Hardy in Zones 3–9, Lorelei is deer and rabbit resistant and makes a striking addition to cut flower arrangements. With a name that might remind you of Stars Hollow charm and endless cups of coffee, this Peony brings just as much personality to the garden.
Lorelei is sold as one root with 3-5 eyes.
