I bought this rose not expecting to love it as much as I do. It's not a color I would normally gravitate to, however when it blooms it is the most beautiful of the garden. Such a soft pink in a perfect shape. I've grown this rose in zone 9 and 6 and it has done well in both climates. I really hope people give this rose a chance because it is a true beauty.
Iām in Nashville. Mother of Pearl is always peach for me- never the frosted color shown in the pictures. She blooms a lot for me, large blooms, great in the vase.
Zone 6B in SW MI in the town of Three Oaks. The petals look like a pink/peach shimmery nail polish, in the best possible way. This bloomed beautifuly after it had been planted in very late Spring and didnāt miss a beat! I honestly thought that there couldnt possibly be a prettier rose, and the 4 roses planted at the same time never matched the growth on this one. I planted mine in a container, and plan on buying more.
I want to propagate some cuttings next year. You will not regret buying this glorious rose!
I planted this rose 2/17/22 and have only had one bloom. Oh my, but that one bloom was worth it. Large and beautiful. Can't wait for more blooms.
