What a DELIGHT!!

This rose’s color captivated me the first time I saw the photos on your website. I know it’s classified as “Very Fragrant” but oh my, what a pleasant surprise! I will describe its fragrance as elegant, unique and enchanting. Paul Shirville rose is a perfect 10!!

Worth having

This is our third year with Paul Shirville (from Heirloom) in Zone 7a. It produced so well we bought another 2 last year. Each is in a different part of the garden, and each has done better than the roses near it. We generally cut blooms to take in or give but we think Paul is a handsome grower even if left as a yard plant. Fragrant, nice foliage, and seems more resistant to b.s. than other roses in our humid summers. (We do spray.)

Even better in person

Paul is one of my newest favorites! The color is this outstanding almost glowing pinkish salmon, and he is a great addition to my Heirloom collection (yes, that is all I will buy now!) And add the pleasure of disease free and amazing blooms almost immediately after planting, and this is a must for one's garden

Prone to powdery mildew

This rose is pretty but are prone to powdery mildew and blackspot. If you live in zone 7b may want to take that into consideration before purchasing.

Sweet Fragrance & Beautiful Salmon Pink Blooms

Recently received this healthy, bushy plant and already cut two blooms with more buds on the way (Zone 7a - Central NJ). Much prettier than the pictures. A lovely rose to cut and enjoy on the table. You should get one!
