Ultimate romantic addition to the garden

I ordered Spirit of Freedom last year the moment I was kindly notified one was available. What arrived was the most perfectly healthy vase shaped little rose bush ! It grew beautifully symmetrical and produced gorgeous blossoms with a lemon scent. I've signed the waitlist for another.

Beauty in my garden

This rose is a treasure in my garden. It rapidly grew into nice 6 feet climber with astonishing beauty flowers of soft pink with slight fragrance. You cannot go wrong with this one. I did not notice any diseases though we have lots of black spot here in south west Texas. Definitely is a keeper and I’m planning to obtain another one in future. Thank you Heirloom Roses for quality own root plants that grow vigorously and healthy!

LOVE this rose!

I am addicted to roses that evoke the old-world style of Souvenir de la Malmaison. I received my plant(s) the middle of June and planted about a week later. It the heat and humidity of an Iowa summer, the plant took right off and within 5 weeks had grown 2+ feet and was blooming with abandoned. This plant bloomed right through the end of October. The plant is upright, though the canes are weak and droop with the weight of the blooms. If you are ready for this, you can use it very successfully in your landscaping. I am only rating it 4 stars though because the blooms are prone to balling in heat, humidity and rain--and we have a lot of all in Iowa. Still, I love this rose, and highly recommend it to others.
