The unusual silvery color of this rose makes it a great companion alongside white roses in a moon garden. It grows well, recovers quickly from black spot after spraying, and produces truly unique blooms.
This beautiful silvery rose is a favorite of mine. Lovely form, beautiful color and a heavenly scent all make this one a winner in my 8B/9A high desert garden!
I've had one of these for a few years now, in Las Vegas (zone 9). Plant habit is very tall and gangly, not bushy at all. Blooms are not frequent, but when they happen, they are show stoppers - flawlessly shaped silver-lilac buds that open into classic tea roses. Fragrance is similarly potent and all you could expect from a rose. Weeks did themselves proud with this one - it's one of my favorites, very unusual and gorgeous.
