Bought two of these to plant under my garage window for a little security because I read they were very thorny. They are. But they also have very vigorous canes and foliage, are prolific bloomers, and withstood Missouri heat and drought with a laugh. I have severe arthritis and can't care for my roses as closely as I would like but these didn't mind.
They really are as pictured. Brilliant hot pink, rounded, huge blooms, and with a wonderful fragrance. Blooms last a long time on the bush and after cutting. They won my heart, and I plan to add more. In their second year of growth they are already a bushy 3ft tall. A little home security, and a lot of beauty. Everything I had hoped for!
A must have rose. Beautiful color red velvet rose, extremely disease resistant and super prolific bloomer. Never been out of blooms during entire summer. Blooms don’t burn under the sun. Fastest repeat bloomer, no break.
I purchased Stiletto with three other roses, and so far, this is my favorite. The color of the roses is stunning - I can see its vibrant color from across the yard! The plant took to its new home right away and is thriving. The plant was well-packaged and in good shape and it seems to be doing just fine in its first few weeks in my garden.
She is perfect! Planted her in late July 2023. Stiletto is going strong. Her growth structure is very interesting. I’m not super familiar with hybrid tea, but I was surprised to see how tall she got. She’s about 4ft, and has a wide urn shape. The roses are huge with an amazing fragrance. In the vase they last about 10 days. Sometimes they are hot pink and sometimes they are a vibrant red. I love them so much that I want to order more. My 5b/6 Indiana zone garden has been fighting pests but she has been resilient.
