TREND ALERT! There are so many reasons to love this rose - her fragrance, the large, apricot blooms, and how she keeps her color without fading are just a few! Sunbelt® South Africa® was the recipient of the Gold Standard Award in 2009 and the Glasgow Gold Medal in 2006. She is simply dripping with large, rich, amber-colored, double blossoms that are non-fading and can be seen from across the garden. Eye catching rose

I planted this rose around May 10th, and today, on July 7th, it’s less than 2 months old. Look at its flowers! I wasn’t expecting so many stunning, large blooms this year. Not only did it bloom within 2 months, but its flowers are large, vibrant in color, and they last for many days—petals don’t fall easily unless touched or pulled. I wish I could share the video instead of a photo; it looks much prettier in person!

Love Sunbelt South Africa

When I got this plant last fall, it looked pretty puny and I wondered if it would make it through the winter. It did and put out its first roses this spring and the plant was about 8 times bigger and the blooms are outrageously beautiful! Still blooming through 80 degree weather.

Beautiful!

This rose was the gateway rose to my obsession. It is the first to bloom for me for the past two years and the smell… it is amazing. I have it in a large pot near my door way and give it a smell every single day I pass it. Has tripled in size since I have had it!

I am in love

Last year I planted two of these and unfortunately, a deer family came through and devoured them. This year I was ready and protected them. I can't stop watching them. The roses are so beautiful and yes I am a man lol. I love roses.

A priceless gift

My coworkers gifted me 2 rose bushes after my moms passing because they know I loved to garden and I am South African. I planted both last year and they were both packed well and carefully with no broken stems ,small and young. After I planted them , I was very surprised that they had multiple flower blooms. I don’t have much experience growing roses and is so easy to grow. I’m excited to see the show they will give me this year. I’m in zone 5 and they both made it through the winter.
