It is more winter hardy than other gardenias, though it is still only recommended in zones 7-9. Sweet Tea™ can take full sun in cooler climates and would likely appreciate afternoon shade in hotter climates.

Bloomed within days!

I ordered two bushes, they are the third plant order I’ve received from Heirloom and I am blown away! They arrived perfect, just as the others have. I noticed after 3-4 days that they were suddenly covered in dozens of blooms. In less than a week, before I had even gotten a chance to plant them, one of them opened and it is absolutely stunning and smells amazing. The plant is healthy and gorgeous. I can’t wait to add it to my garden with the rest of my roses. I am beyond impressed! I wish it would let me post a picture!
