The Lady features 5" blooms with 35+ petals on an upright, continuously blooming plant with medium green, glossy foliage. Introduced by Fryers of England, The Lady has delicate petals of honey-yellow edged with salmon. It’s no surprise she was a Gold Medal winner in Germany. The Lady is another near-perfect Hybrid Tea that flourishes in pots, borders, and beds.

Tough Lady

This beautiful Lady was planted quickly upon its arrival — basically heeled-in. So imagine my surprise when the first flush arrived in my Michigan 6b garden, The Lady, graced her more pampered neighbors and me with stunning pointed blooms. Honestly, that was two years ago and I’ve yet to transplant her to better soil conditions as she has toughed it out in the current spot at the front of my rose garden where she commands attention with beauty and fragrance. One of my favorites!

Perfect remembrance of someone special........

When I first saw the picture of this rose, I though, "Ahhh, so delicate and pretty."
Then the its name, 'The Lady' was all I needed to order it. This rose tis the perfect remembrance of my very, very special Mama. She was such a lady, so delicate and
pretty. who's life was cut way to short by illness. 'The Lady' is probably my most prized rose----because she is so beautiful in my garden, and she offers a special remembrance.
