Smells yummy

I LOVE this rose! It smells exactly like Licorice! This is always my first blooming rose plant every year. And once it starts, it doesn't stop until fall. It's very healthy, never had issues with diseases or fungus. Always has many multiple blooms at once. And they last so long too. Another unique feature is how it can change colors!! When it first blooms in late spring, its a buttery lemon yellow (cooler weather). But during the hot end of summer its white! Very cool and beautiful both colors. Highly recommend

5 stars

I planted this rose 6/25. Bloomed 2 weeks later despite of thunderstorms and lots of rains. It’s also in somewhat dappled shade and were attacked by aphids and thrips. So far it gave me 3”flowers and I see 2 more buds growing. It’s a good rose! It has a faint lovely scent. I love it, it’s 5 stars for me.

Lovely unique rose

I ordered this rose to replace one I’d had for years that had not survived a winter. The rose came in good condition, clear directions on care and now my first bloom has blossomed. The color is lovely, very pale yellow with a yellow inside. Smells unique (nothing like licorice). Wonderful addition to my yard.

Lovely form, loaded with blooms

Now in its second year, it has really come on with plenty of flowers and seems very hardy. I’ve seen no evidence of disease, and It has been resistant to pests. A lovely addition to the rose garden.

A must have for yellow rose lovers

This rose captivated me from the first time I saw the photo on the HR site. The blooms are delicate and the lemon ice color is just so beautiful. Do not let this rose get crowded or the leaves will fall off! Also, in Tennessee it is not exceptionally resistant to blackspot, but with adequate space and regular treatment with elemental sulfur it is doing very well. If not my favorite, it definitely is in the top 2. The quality of the shrub and all the shrubs I have bought from HR have been amazing. I bought 16 shrubs this season for a new cottage garden and every single one began growing well as soon as planted.
