POLLINATOR FRIENDLY! Gentle Hermione is a repeat blooming Shrub with perfectly formed flowers of true old rose character. Her round buds gradually open to form shallow cups of pure pink paling softly towards the outside. We love that her 4" blooms of 90+ petals are resistant to rain, making her perfect for the Pacific Northwest or other rainy climates. Gentle Hermoine has a strong, myrrh scent and is a favorite of pollinators.

Beautiful, if not vigorous

I purchased the rose at the beginning of the season, and it arrived perfectly packaged. However, after the initial flush of leaves the rose never took off after planting. I only got a few blooms, which while they were gorgeous, didn’t make up for the sickly look of the plant. Perhaps it needs a couple of seasons to really fill in.

Just smell the rose

Potent, lovely aroma even from the smallest blooms. First year growth strong with continuous 2 inch blooms. Another WOW!

Outstanding Rose

This is an exceptionally beautiful rose bush. Perfect shaped roses with amazing fragrance. This rose bush stays smaller, which I prefer, since I do not have a large area to grow them in. I am in zone 5.
