Folklore Rose

First time growing this variety and wow what a stunner! Color is incredible its almost neon. Planted in December and covered in blooms end of March zone 8B. Smells lovely as well I can't believe folklore doesn't have a ton of positive reviews!

Overall satisfaction

When I received my rose, I was over the moon, I was shocked to see that when it arrived it was just sticks and so tiny. So I named it “ baby “. Soon after it arrived we planted it and I watched my little baby bloom and grow. What I wasn’t anticipating was with first frost being so close that it would bloom! I have one gorgeous, fragrant, show stopping blossom, and 4 other little babies on the way. Each tipped in a different variation of color! Overall I am extremely satisfied with the Rose bush itself but kinda disappointed in the fullness of the Rose. It seems to be more loose in reality than compact and full like in the picture. Still absolutely amazed by it and the colors it produces! Absolutely love it. Makes a wonderful addition to my garden.

It's getting a slow start

I haven't had this rose for a year yet, so I'm being patient, but it's off to a slow start. It's produced a few roses, and has a strong cane already, but battles with powdery mildew constantly. It's pretty but not a show stopper.
