First to bloom and continuous through fall

I bought 4 Blueberry Hill in 2022 and planted them at church where I help care for 175 roses. I garden in zone 8b Pacific Northwest. Blueberry Hill and red Knockouts are the first of all our church roses to bloom every year. The photo I added is of Blueberry Hill from May 16th 2024. Most of our roses start to bloom well after Memorial Day. Blueberry Hill is a rounded symmetrical bush that blooms constantly. I leave the last blooms on the bush as they turn into large pretty hips. There is a fragrance when you are close to the bush. I do not have any trouble with blackspot or powdery mildew on these.

Perfect Complement

I planted this last year in Ohio, zone 6B. It overwintered beautifully and was one of my earliest blooming roses. The scent is light and fruity as described. The color perfectly complements the apricot, orange, gold, and blue in my garden. I love this rose.

Beautiful!

I planted this rose in early July in the worst of the Texas heat (I had just finished construction of my patio). It is now April of the following year and I have 2 very large beautiful roses on the bush. I may have to order another. The flower color is really unique and gorgeous.

Outstanding southern performer

Originally grown outside San Antonio (8b), where it sneered at heat and sun, now in a pot in N. AL (7a) where it is doing fine in summer heat/sun, and will be planted in the ground in fall. An outstanding performer for me.
