Gorgeous Rose-Florida z10a

Koko Loko is one of the those roses you just can’t get enough of. The blooms are beautiful and so unique, It’s always the one rose everyone flocks to in the garden because it’s so extraordinary! It surprisingly does very well in our high heat and humidity. During the summer it gets a bit of black spot but as an organic gardener it’s to be expected. Come Fall, spring and winter it’s at it’s peak.

Color Evolution

Koko Loko rose gives a constantly evolving range of amazing color inside and out! She definitely stands out from the crowd in a sophisticated, elegant, unique way. From bud to falling petals, bearing witness to her color evolution is a rewarding experience. Photos are from her second year at our home. She is in an east facing bed. I supplement with Heirloom Roses bone meal, banana peels and potassium water made with banana peels. We mix peat moss and a rich compost in with our sandy loamy soil when planting. Sprinklers water in early morning before sunrise.

Koko

This rose is perfection. The plant is so healthy and has given me so many blooms in such a short time. I planted it in later October and I’ve already had five blooms
