Nice bright white flowers, so pretty! Just as pictured!
I purchased a number of White Verandas as gifts for terrific neighbors who helped me get around when I broke my ankle. I’m in 7a (Atlanta) and bought them on sale in October, a little later in the season than I like, but hoped for the best and a late frost. I repotted the “twigs” and waited for them to leaf out a bit before delivering them. I didn’t have to wait long. Two weeks later and not only did they grow into proper little rose plants but they were sporting a few buds each as well. I delivered them yesterday Around the hood and was rewarded with squeals of delight. So don’t be afraid to buy Heirloom Roses late in the season if you’re near my zone — the plants are just as nice and healthy later in the year (and on sale...). Thank you, Heirloom for helping me say thank you so graciously.
