So far so good

I bought this rose on April and I received on May two weeks ago. I planted the rose in a container following the instructions provided on the video of Heirloom roses. The plant arrived with no leaves at all. So far, my rose has a few leaves and a small bloom is coming soon from one of the two small canes of the plant. I will write more about the plant after it grow more. I can’t wait until see it full of flowers 💐.

Lovely flowers

This climber was a little slow to take off through no fault of it's own. I thought I had a trellis for it but did not so the support was not there for it. Once that issue was resolved it was very showy in an empty corner of the garden.

Vigorous

I planted 3 of these last summer (2023) next to my backyard stairs and they have grown 10'+. This plant blooms all season long and mesmerizes with its 4'' dark red blooms and beautiful dark green foliage. I absolutely love this rose. The only downside is the amount of thorns it has, it is VERY thorny. Other that that, this rose is perfect for any garden!

what a climber!

Fourteen months after planting, my Prince's Trust looks like a three-year old rose, having beautifully climbed a trellis and producing scads of blooms. It's bursting with health and the blooms are beautiful and fragrant.

Beautiful Climber

I purchased 2 late last year to be established before winter. This year it has grown to have canes 9+ ft in length and is climbing beautifully against my white trellis! The foliage is full and thick and the blooms outstanding.
